The approach
The documented pipeline separates three tasks: eligibility rules, semantic extraction from conversational input, and partner routing. The web portal explains why a person qualifies, estimates loan costs, and identifies eligible partners.
The engineering choice
The eligibility decision is deterministic. Language-model extraction helps structure free text; it does not replace the rules that determine qualification.
